3. Hand History Data
When you upload hand history files for analysis:
- Files are processed to generate your report and then discarded.
- We do not store your hand history data permanently.
- We do not share your hand history data with third parties.
- We do not sell or monetize your poker data in any way.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Email — To send you reports, product updates, and respond to support requests. We do not send spam or share your email with third parties.
- Hand history — Solely to generate your analysis report. Processed temporarily and not retained.
- Analytics — To understand how people use the site so we can improve it. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — Hosting and CDN. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Reddit Pixel — Anonymous page visit tracking for ad measurement. No personal data is shared.
6. Cookies
Poklytics uses minimal cookies for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not use tracking cookies to follow you across the web.
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe using industry-standard security. We do not store sensitive financial information on our servers.

- Request information about what data we hold about you
