All analysis is performed on data you provide after your poker sessions have ended. Poklytics is a post-game review tool only.

5. Nature of the Service

Poklytics is an educational and analytical tool. It does not:

• Operate as a gambling platform or poker room
• Facilitate, host, or promote any gambling activity
• Provide real-time assistance during live poker play
• Hold, transfer, or process gambling funds
• Offer any form of wagering or betting

The service is comparable to sports performance analytics — it reviews past data to help users learn and improve.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Poklytics complies with the terms of service of your poker platform and applicable local laws.
• You must only upload hand history data that belongs to you.
• You must not use Poklytics for real-time assistance during active poker games.
